Adapt Physical Therapy is an out-of-network healthcare provider. This model allows us to prioritize your specific needs with dedicated, one-on-one care free from insurance limitations.

Yes! A Superbill (an itemized medical receipt with diagnostic and treatment codes) will be provided, in some instances we can and will submit claims  electronically on your behalf. Patients can submit this directly to their insurance company online or by mail for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

We accept most forms of payment; including cash, debit or credit card, check, CareCredit, or HSA/FSA.

Direct access is available to most clients—no referral needed to get started. Pre-authorization may be required for continued treatment depending on your insurance.

Expect 30 or 60 minutes of dedicated, one-on-one attention—every session is spent entirely with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, never passed off to an assistant.

To get the most out of your session, please wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows free movement and easy access to the area of concern. Please also wear the standard training shoes you normally use so we can evaluate your movement accurately.

Your initial session is a comprehensive, 60-minute assessment designed to uncover the root cause of your pain and performance limitations—no rushed timelines or generic protocols. We will begin by discussing your medical history, current concerns, and goals. Next, your therapist will guide you through a detailed movement assessment to pinpoint exactly what is contributing to your discomfort. Before you leave, you will receive targeted hands-on treatment to kickstart your recovery, alongside a tailored, actionable program designed to keep you training safely and performing at your absolute best.

Traditional insurance-based in-network clinics often force therapists to see three to four patients at the same time, leading to rushed sessions, generic exercises, and passive treatments. Because we do not answer to insurance companies, Adapt Physical Therapy can provide high-quality, uninterrupted 1-on-1 care. By bypassing insurance restrictions, we focus purely on what you need to get out of pain and back to optimal performance. This premium approach means more personalized attention, faster results, and fewer total visits—saving you time and getting you back to what you love sooner.

Session rates are for 1 hour sessions and 30 minute manual only sessions, respectively:

• Comprehensive Evaluation- $220

• Follow up treatment- $180

• Follow up treatment four pack-$700

• Follow up treatment eight pack- $1350
• Follow up treatment twelve pack- $1940

• Manual session- $90

• Manual four pack- $350

• Manual eight pack- $675

• Manual twelve pack- $970

• Our 1-hour treatment sessions involve the continuous assessment, re-assessment, and evaluation of your specific areas of concern. To provide the most effective care, sessions are highly customized and may integrate any of the treatment modalities listed in our services tab, as well as, home exercise programming.

• Our 30-minute, manual-only sessions focus entirely on hands-on care. Treatments are tailored to your specific needs and may include dry needling, cupping therapy, muscle scraping, and targeted bodywork.

Appointment Cancellation & Attendance Policy:

We value your time and strive to provide the highest level of care to all of our clients. Because we operate on a strict schedule, we appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding our attendance policies.

• 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to fill the open slot with another client who needs care.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full cost of the booked appointment or incur forfeiture of a packaged session.

• Therapist Discretion: We understand that emergencies and unavoidable life events happen. All late-cancellation fees are subject to physical therapist approval and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account unique circumstances and past attendance history.

• Punctuality & Late Arrivals: Your appointment begins and ends at its scheduled time, not when you arrive. If you arrive late, your session cannot be extended, as this disrupts the schedules of the staff and the clients booked after you. The session will not be prorated.

• Package Expirations: To ensure consistency and momentum in your care, all sessions included in a package must be used within one year from the date of purchase. Unused sessions past this expiration date will be forfeited.
