Donovan is a dual-credentialed physical therapist and athletic trainer who helps athletes and active people move better, perform stronger and recover faster — bridging the gap between rehabilitation and elite performance.
At Pitt he worked alongside sports medicine staff with high school and Division I athletes across multiple sports, while competing on the university’s cheer team for three years. Today he specializes in advanced manual therapy, including spinal manipulation and dry needling, for fast pain relief and restored movement.
His focus: athletic performance, strength and conditioning, and return to sport — using a whole kinetic-chain approach so you build long-term resilience, not just short-term relief.
“Our mission is simple: help active people reduce pain, move better, and perform at their best.”
Advanced manual therapy for relief, targeted neuromuscular exercise for stability, and education that puts you in control.
